Be fully vaccinated with WHO Emergency Use Listing Vaccines

Travellers must be fully vaccinated with WHO EUL vaccines at least 2 weeks before arrival in Singapore.

Hold an Accepted Proof of Vaccination

Travellers are required to present a digital certificate of vaccination. All vaccination certificates, regardless of place of issuance and whether digitally verifiable or not, will be accepted as proof of vaccination.   1. Obtain proof of vaccination.
  2. Secure tickets for any flight to Singapore.
  3. Purchase travel insurance with at least S$30,000 coverage for Covid-19 related medical charges.
  4. Download the TraceTogether app and register your profile.
  5. 3 days before departure: Submit SG Arrival Card and e-health declaration via the official and free e-service on the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website.
